Katie Silcox

Katie Silcox serves as the Director of HR & Benefits for RUF. A Delaware native, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Delaware. Katie’s professional background is in the for-profit sector, where she held a variety of human resources roles and specialized in employer-sponsored benefit plans.

After moving to the south and spending nearly a decade as a stay-at-home mom, Katie joined RUF in 2021, bringing both her HR experience and her heart for service to the ministry. She and her husband, Brad, live in Atlanta with their two sons, Landon (2006) and Owen (2009). In her free time, Katie enjoys reading, running, and baking.
