Olivia Shields

Olivia Shields grew up in Greensboro, NC, and was actively involved with RUF at Appalachian State University. After graduating in 2016, she moved to Waco, TX, to serve as an RUF Intern at Baylor University. She then continued at Baylor as Campus Staff, where she served for a total of seven years. In 2023, Olivia joined the events team in RUF and now works as the Director of Events and Communications. She fell in love with Waco during her Internship and has called it home ever since. Outside of work, Olivia enjoys spending time with friends, watching documentaries of all kinds, and never turns down a chance to karaoke.
