Nicole Crocker

A graduate of The American University, Nicole began her career in public accounting with Ernst & Young before moving into private-equity investing with Allied Capital Corporation. She later joined Hargray Communications (now part of Cable One), where she spent a decade shaping the company’s financial planning and analysis team. During that time, she helped guide long-term planning, investment strategy, and financial reporting in ways that informed major decisions across the organization. Most recently, she helped steward Cable One’s strategic investment portfolio, partnering with financial teams and minority investment groups on performance evaluation and long-range planning. Nicole also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. Nicole is grateful for the opportunity to bring her professional experience into a ministry setting, better aligning her skills with her faith and values.

Nicole and her husband, Tom, live in Bluffton, South Carolina, with their teenage daughter, Alexandra, and their four dogs—their beloved “Doodle pack”: Bella, Hunter, Oscar, and Loki. As a family, they enjoy spending time outdoors playing pickleball, boating, and taking long walks with their dogs.
