Meet Our Team
Bobby Kazanski
A North Dallas native, Bobby met his wife, Rachel, at Texas A&M. On their first date, Rachel proudly showed off her calculator while Bobby read her poetry from John Donne; somehow, it worked out. After earning his M.A. from Southeastern Seminary, Bobby spent a decade in missions and pastoral ministry before joining RUF. These diverse roles deepened his desire to walk with students as they wrestle with questions of faith, identity, and calling. Now at UT Arlington, he loves opening Scripture with students and helping them see the goodness of Jesus in the gospel.
Bobby and Rachel have four young kids who ensure life is never dull (and floors are never clean). You’ll usually find them hosting friends, playing board games, or enjoying a long conversation over a good meal.
