Meet Our Team
Josh Grimm
Josh is from Charleston, SC and graduated from Erskine College (where he was involved with RUF as a student) in 2009 with a BA in Bible/Religion and Philosophy. Josh married Ashley in 2012, and they moved to Charlotte where Josh graduated from RTS Charlotte with an MDiv in 2015. Josh and Ashley have five children: Isaac, Ruby, Eliza, Charlotte, and Peter. Among the many aspects of campus ministry Josh enjoys are meeting with students to talk about life over coffee or a meal, and playing a competitive game of spikeball!
Cora Haste
Cora Haste grew up in Eastern North Carolina and graduated from Western Carolina University in 2025 with a degree in Communication. RUF was a place where Cora saw her understanding and love of the Lord grow and saw his goodness on display in community. She is excited to serve students who are looking for encouragement and fellowship and she is most excited to point them to Christ in their searching. Cora enjoys doing anything with the people she loves, expecially if its outside! Hiking, long walks, home-cooked meals and good conversation bring her joy. Cora is excited to explore Charlotte and get to know the students at Queens University.
