Meet Our Team
Seth Adams
Seth is glad to be a Fargo transplant. His wife, Christine, is a local, and they are excited to return to the cold and the snow! Seth grew up in upstate New York, spending most of his time outside, and today he still loves the great outdoors. He occupies his free time with hunting, fishing, coffee-drinking, and running when he feels guilty about the extra serving of dessert he had last night. Seth and Christine met in college where they were welcomed into an on-campus ministry and the local PCA church, and it was there that the trajectory toward ministry with RUF was set. The Lord was exceedingly gracious in calling Seth to ministry, indeed, his mercies are new every morning! Seth gets out of bed in the morning motivated because it's his turn to help students see the glory of God and the goodness of our Savior in the unfolding story of scripture, as his mentors in college showed him.
Before RUF NDSU, Seth went to the US Naval Academy before serving in the US Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer. Right before entering the service, he married Christine, and together they have three beautiful kids: Emelia, George, and Dexter. Afterward, Seth got his MDiv from WSCAL and is ready to be away from the ocean for a change! Together, the Adams family loves the Lord and seeks to serve him by serving college students with home-cooked meals and sweet times of fellowship.
