Seth Gurley

Seth Gurley

Campus Minister

Seth and his wife, Jillian, grew up together in Anderson, SC. Seth graduated from Erskine College in 2017 where RUF was absolutely pivotal in his walk with the Lord and call to ministry. In 2018, Seth and Jillian got married in their hometown church and then spent three years together in Charlotte, NC where Seth received an M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary. After seminary, he took a call to serve as an associate pastor in Pittsburgh at Murrysville Community Church (PCA). In 2025, Seth received the call to serve as the RUF Campus Minister at College of Charleston. Seth and Jillian are excited to be back home in South Carolina spending time with students and serving in a ministry that means so much to them.

Seth loves exploring the great outdoors, reading books, attempting to stay in shape, and finding all the good restaurants with Jillian.

Victoria Noonan

Victoria Noonan

Intern

Victoria Noonan was born and raised in Bruceton Mills, West Virginia, where she grew up showing lambs and hogs while training diligently in ballet and modern dance. She graduated from Davis and Elkins College (Roll Sens!) with a degree in psychology and human services and a theater minor. She was involved with Eastern Mountains Younglife as a Wyldlife leader at the local middle school, where her love for ministry came to be. RUF was introduced to her through her RUF Fellow and she immediately fell in love with it! Victoria loves up-cycling clothing/sewing, all things theater (especially musicals) and Disney, spending time outdoors, her dog Cogsworth Albus, and making her secret guacamole recipe! She is ready to trade country roads for sandy Charleston beaches and can't wait to meet the students at C of C!
