Campus Staff Application is now open!

The Campus Staff program trains and equips female leaders in the PCA who, in turn, help equip RUF students and interns for a life in Christ. RUF Campus Staff can either serve with a Campus Minister at a co-ed school, or as the RUF leader at an all-girls school. The goal of this ministry is to care for and mentor female students and help shepherd female interns as they minister to college students.

Campus Staff uniquely and powerfully reach women on the college campus with the gospel, and equip them to love and serve Jesus for a lifetime.  Through thoughtful and strategic ministry, we seek to be a safe and inviting place for students to be known, heard, and loved; where they can investigate and experience Jesus Christ. The heart of our ministry is to care for women on the college campus and help shepherd female interns as they minister to students. Visit the Campus Staff page for more information.

“After working for RUF for two years as an intern, I wasn’t ready to leave. The Internship ignited my desire to stay in full time ministry. The Campus Staff role has provided me with the unique ability to pursue a seminary degree, work alongside my Campus Minister, and cultivate the women’s ministry here at UCSB with a long-term vision in mind. This position has been an invaluable opportunity to cultivate and develop skills I couldn’t elsewhere. It is a privilege and a joy to serve college women and RUF in this role.”

The application for Campus Staff opens on October 1st and closes on December 2nd. If your application is received and approved, you will have a Zoom interview with the Campus Staff National Staff. After the interview, you will be invited to attend the RUF Assessment Process in February to be further interviewed.
