After working at a local bank in Memphis after college, Spencer Sipe began to realize that his gifts were more in line with ministry. His experience with RUF in undergrad led him to wanting to use those gifts to give the same care he had received. Even before the internship, Spencer wasn’t sure if he had faith or if he was just preaching theology. During the internship, he experienced what it means to be in relationship with Christ, not just know about him.
