Our Beliefs
Who is God?
God is infinite, unchangeable, and all-sufficient. He is Creator and Sustainer, abundant in goodness and truth. He exists eternally in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit who are to be equally loved, honored, and worshipped.
Who is Jesus?
We believe that Jesus is the Son of God. He is both fully God and fully man. Only through His death and resurrection was the broken relationship between humans and God able to be restored.
What is the Bible?
We believe that the Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. It is without error and contains everything we need to know about having a right relationship with God. The Bible is the basis for all of our essential beliefs.
What does it mean to be saved?
We believe that being saved (salvation) is restoration between God and any person who comes to faith in Jesus Christ as their Savior. By God’s grace, we can be fully forgiven and live new lives in relationship with Him.
What did Jesus do for us?
Jesus made the gift of salvation possible. His life, death, and resurrection provide the way for us to be reconciled with God. Jesus lived the life we should have lived and died the death we should have died.
What does “Reformed” mean?
Reformed means we embrace these truths: Faith alone. Grace alone. Scripture alone. Christ alone. To the glory of God alone. The word “Reformed” refers to the movement of the church that sought to renew the Biblical convictions of historic Christianity.
