Reformed University Fellowship (RUF) at UK is a campus ministry with a heart for campus and a heart for the good news of Jesus Christ. RUF strives to be a safe place for students of all backgrounds and beliefs to come together to consider the truth claims of Christ. RUF's purpose is not to proclaim what you must do to earn God's affection, but to proclaim what God has done, in Christ, to make you right with Himself. So please, join us for a large group meeting or feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.

Sam is a native of Dublin, Ireland, but has lived most of his life in the Southeastern US. He attended the University of Georgia, and became a Christian through the ministry of RUF and Redeemer Presbyterian. Upon graduating from college, Sam served as an RUF intern at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). It was during this time that he met his future wife, Anne (a native of Lexington, KY and graduate of Auburn University), who was serving as the RUF intern at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Sam and Anne married while Sam was attending Reformed Theological Seminary and working with college students at Millsaps College and First Presbyterian Church. In the summer of 2017, they moved to Lexington to work with RUF at UK after serving with RUF at Middle Tennessee State for four years. Sam and Anne have three boys and a girl: Finn, Charlie, Patrick and Lucy.
Jameson was born and raised in Chattanooga, TN. He attended both Birmingham-Southern College and Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama before graduating with a Global Studies degree from Samford. He was involved in RUF at both schools, and RUF served a formative role in shaping his faith in college. He is eager to serve the students at UK with same Christlike love and care he was given while apart of RUF as a student! He loves baseball, acting, and pretending he's a talk show host like Jimmy Fallon.
Grace Ann spent her childhood moving around the country and even across the Atlantic Ocean before her family settled down in Fort Smith, Arkansas. She attended Texas Christian University where she pursued a degree in writing. Her freshman year, she got involved with RUF and found community and a sweet picture of God’s faithfulness. Grace Ann loves warm drinks, hiking, baking chocolate chip cookies, and crafting stories on her typewriter.
