Thanks so much for your interest in RUF at College of Charleston! The Clark family has been privileged to be a part of this ministry at CofC for ten years now, and have been delighted to see their students and RUF's influence on campus grow. We are just as excited as ever to meet new freshmen and transfers, and our students equally look forward to it.

RUF offers small groups, social events, service projects, opportunities for one-on-one discipleship, and a weekly large group that includes worship. Our tagline is "A Place for People in Process...to Process", because we strive to be a community that respectfully meets people where they are in life. We'd love to get to know you and see how we might serve you.

Danny and Aspa and Coleman are native Virginians. They met while attending James Madison University, and soon after married in Richmond Virginia, where Danny served in youth ministry at Third Presbyterian Church for five years. In 2004 they moved to St. Louis, MO to attend Covenant Seminary and in 2007 they moved to Charleston, SC to serve RUF at College of Charleston. Collectively, the Clarks enjoy studying and discussing culture, world views, art, and movies. Aspa is a voracious reader of fiction, expert in all things Trader Joe's, and lover of practical advice. Coleman (13 y/o) is passionate about many things: Science, Math, History Tennis, Basketball, Football, Golf, Minecraft, Pokemon, Merlin (BBC show), hip-hop dance moves, and finding loopholes for every argument you present. Danny devotes his free time to disc golf and Blue Bell Ice Cream.

Singing songs and having fun since the early '90s, Philip "can't stop the beat." You can usually find him "trod[ding] a path that few have trod" on his bright orange kayak, trying his hand at shooting film hoping "there's something there," and "at the end of the day," discussing the arts with his wife, Lisa. After graduating from Wake Forest in '14 (Go Deacs!), having his mind blown in the Capital Fellows Program, and working in marketing last year, he's thrilled to join RUF to serve the Lord at the College of Charleston!
