Jeff Lee - CNU

I grew up in Loudoun County, Virginia and graduated from Stone Bridge High School in 2004. I went to CNU, where I was very active in a campus ministry. In 2008 I graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration (B.S.B.A) from the Luter School of Business.

The first Seminary I attended was Southern Baptist Theological Seminary (SBTS) in Louisville, KY. After a year, I transferred to Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS) in Washington D.C. where I finished my Masters of Divinity (M.Div). While I was at RTS D.C. I joined the pastoral staff of Emmanuel Presbyterian Church in Arlington, VA as a pastoral intern. After 2 years, I joined a second pastoral staff in Leesburg, VA for a 1 year. After 3 years as a pastoral intern, I was hired and ordained as an Assistant Pastor, where I worked as a Youth & Young Adults Pastor for 4 years in Leesburg.

My wife (Alisha) and I were married in Pennsylvania in 2012. We have two children, Jeffrey Jr. (2014) and Lilian Davis (2016). We love to surf, swim, exercise, cook, and do artistic projects together. As fans, we love our local Washington Nationals and Redskins!

Patrick Quinn

Patrick recently graduated from Christopher Newport University with a Philosophy degree and concentration in Pre-Seminary Studies. As a student at CNU he volunteered with Young Life, sharing the Gospel to local middle school students. RUF played an integral role in teaching Patrick how to serve well and rest in the Lord. Now, Patrick is excited to give back to the ministry that supported him so well as a student!

Patrick grew up in Fairfax, Virginia and has deep pride in his home state. He loves writing, spending time outside, storytelling, and learning new things.

Madison Simkins

Madison is from Macon, GA, and graduated from the University of Georgia in 2017 with a B.A. in English. She was heavily involved in RUF the three years she was at UGA. In her senior year at UGA, she met her now-husband, Steven, on Instagram (ask her about the story, it's a good 'un), and married him in October of 2017. Madison spent her first year out of college working as an Administrative Director at Chick-fil-A, but felt God calling her back to the RUF ministry. She is so excited about the next two years at Christopher Newport University!

Madison enjoys drinking lots of third-wave coffee, doing photography shoots with her husband, watching Escape to the Country (the best British reality TV show of all time), reading classic literature and theology books, overseeing the children's ministry at her church, and singing along to The Oh Hellos and Family and Friends with a rather unfortunately and uncompromisingly tinny voice. Most of all, though, she loves sharing the love of Christ with others by sitting down and talking about the nitty-gritty. She is always excited to sit down with you and talk to you about whatever is going on in your life!
