John Pearson

I am originally from Jackson, Mississippi and a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where I met my wife Laura in RUF. We were married in 1997, while I was on Young Life staff in Jackson. Following a year of marriage, we made a move to St. Louis, Missouri to attend Covenant Theological Seminary. I graduated in 2001 and moved to Lexington, VA to start RUF at Washington and Lee University. I became an Area Coordinator in 2007 and began covering RUF staff in South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia. In 2017, I became the Associate Coordinator for RUF and still reside in Lexington. Laura and I have 3 kids.
