Meet Our Team
Tim Price grew up in Austin, TX where he developed a love for breakfast tacos and playing music. He became a Christian after high school and immediately felt a call on his life to pursue ministry. For undergrad, he attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN and graduated with a BA in Religion and the Arts. Tim did RUF at Belmont and found it to be a place where he grew in his knowledge of Christ’s love for him. He also met his wife Rachel at Belmont while on a study abroad trip in Spain, and they married in December 2014. Tim decided to pursue ministry by becoming an RUF intern. He worked in NYC as the RUF intern for three years. This experience further confirmed his call to ministry and particularly college students. He and Rachel moved to St. Louis in the summer of 2017 so that he could attend Covenant Seminary and receive his Masters of Divinity. Tim loves watching premier league soccer, playing any board games, and going on walks in the park with his wife, his friends, and his dog.
Kristen and her husband Alex moved to St. Louis in the summer of 2016 for Alex to attend grad school at Saint Louis University while Kristen went on staff with RUF at Wash-U. Before coming to Wash-U, Kristen was an RUF intern at Texas A&M for two years. She and Alex met through RUF at Mississippi State University and are both so thankful for the impact this ministry had on their lives. The Thompsons enjoy any and all sports, both watching and playing, as well as getting together with family or playing games with friends. With both of them born and raised in the south, they are enjoying their first taste of mid-western life in St. Louis!

Kathryn spent one half of her childhood in Covington, GA and the other half in her father's hometown of Stanley, NC. She graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in 2019 with a major in English. Kathryn joined RUF as a freshman and reluctantly became a part of the leadership team as a sophomore because her intern told her there would be brownies at the interest meeting. Her interns and campus minister deeply impacted her, and RUF was a place where she learned that she could be broken and vulnerable and still deeply loved. She is excited to love students at WashU as she has been loved. Kathryn enjoys hiking, reading public domain books, and making feline friends.
Coleman was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. He attended Wake Forest University, where he studied Philosophy and Politics, and also met his wife, Maisie. After enjoying a COVID graduation in May 2020, Coleman enrolled in the M.Div program at Covenant Theological Seminary, while Maisie began law school at WashU. Coleman felt called back to campus ministry and is excited to be a part of the RUF community at WashU. He loves playing music with friends, cooking, and gardening. Coleman looks forward to spending time with students in Forest Park and welcoming them into his and Maisie's Dogtown home.
Jessica graduated in 2019 from Washington University in St. Louis (WashU), where she studied marketing and organization/strategic management with a minor in psychology. After graduating, she was part of Cigna’s 2 year leadership development program (the managed care rotational program). After completing the program, she felt called to work in ministry and for RUF, as the Lord so instrumentally used RUF to bring her faith. She is overjoyed to return and hopes to pour into and love students the way that she was loved and taken care of in RUF. Facilitated and intentional conversation, hiking, event planning, board games, and summer camp are a few of her favorite things.
Noah graduated in 2018 from Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee, where his family has lived since 2007. He studied Religious Studies and Philosophy as an undergrad, with hopes of pursuing more education after he finishes the RUF internship. Noah is passionate about Memphis and refugee and immigrant issues. He loves hanging out with his friends and playing board games and party games, especially Mafia. As someone with a lot of pride in his city, he's excited to make St. Louis his home and find all the weird and wonderful things that make it a unique city!
