Tim Price

Tim Price

Campus Minister

Tim Price grew up in Austin, TX. He became a Christian after high school and immediately felt a call on his life to pursue ministry. For undergrad, he attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN and graduated with a BA in Religion and the Arts. Tim discovered RUF while he was a student at Belmont and found it to be one of the few places where he could grow in his knowledge of Christ’s love for him and still have doubts/questions. He also met his wife, Rachel, at Belmont and they married in December 2014. Tim decided to pursue ministry by becoming an RUF intern. He worked in NYC as the RUF intern for three years. This experience further confirmed his call to ministry and particularly to college students. He and Rachel moved to St. Louis in the summer of 2017 so that he could attend Covenant Seminary and work towards his Masters of Divinity. He graduated in May of 2020 and was called to be the Campus Minister as WashU that fall. Tim and Rachel have two children! A son and daughter, Jack and Penny. They love their dog named Lenny. Tim enjoys watching premier league soccer, playing board games, playing (most) sports, and playing music.

Hannah Sung

Hannah Sung

Campus Staff

Hannah was born and raised in New York City. In college, she went to City Campus, the RUF based in NYC. There she learned how to live out her faith in community with other believers. By the encouragement of her RUF interns, she went on to pursue the RUF internship for three years at the University of Connecticut in Storrs. During that time, the Lord grew in her a desire to serve his church and pursue the path of vocational ministry. Therefore, she went on to attend Covenant Theological Seminary in order to earn her Masters of Divinity and her Masters of Counseling. She intends to graduate with both masters in the Spring of 2026, and she hopes to serve the body of Christ long-term as a licensed counselor. Hannah is also married to Andrew. They both enjoy indoor rock climbing, and they both hope to become better gardeners.

Ticia King

Ticia King

Intern

Ticia is from Winder, Georgia and attended Emory University in Atlanta, where she graduated with a BS in Environmental Science. RUF was a constant source of love, encouragement, and friendship during her time in college, so Ticia is excited to continue being a part of this ministry at WashU! Some of Ticia's favorite activities include spending time outdoors, reading, watching dramatic tv shows, and eating Chick-fil-A!

Anthony Short

Anthony Short

Intern

Anthony grew up in the small town of Paw Paw, Michigan. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2023 with a major in Film, Television, and Media and a minor in Philosophy. While at Michigan, Anthony was led to the ministry of RUF and fell in love with their mission on campus. RUF deepened his love for Christ, campus, and fellow students, and he is thrilled to continue in RUF as an intern at WashU in St. Louis. Anthony enjoys reading, running, walking, music, movies of all kinds, billiards (especially 8 ball and snooker), and talking about literally anything.

Bethany Ekdom

Bethany Ekdom

Fellow

Bethany grew up in Allen, Texas and graduated in 2017 from Texas A&M University with a degree in School Health (gig 'em!). Bethany loved being involved in RUF throughout college and ended up spending 6 years working for RUF at the University of Tulsa (as an intern, then as Campus Staff). In 2023, she moved to St. Louis to pursue a counseling degree at Covenant Seminary. As an RUF Fellow, Bethany continues to work part-time with RUF at WashU and hopes to continue working with college students, whether in a counseling or ministry capacity.
