We hope that RUF is a place where all UNG students are welcome to explore and hopefully experience more deeply the grace and truth that can only be found in Jesus. We do this through a weekly worship night, bible studies, fun events, and meet ups with our ministry leaders. We are excited to be in Dahlonega since our founding in August 2025!

Trey Martin
Trey is excited to be serving as the first campus minister for RUF at UNG Dahlonega ever since its founding in Fall 2025. Having grown up in an Atlanta suburb and then going to Clemson for undergrad, Trey enjoys getting to live in one of his favorite places: the Blue Ridge Mountains. Trey is married to Annie, and they have three delightful sons: Oliver, Nathanael, and Henry. Annie also grew up in GA, and she loved her time working as an RUF intern right after college. Both Trey and Annie are excited to work with RUF and to help bring a little more of the grace and truth that can only be found in Jesus to UNG's students.

Katy Joy Beller
Katy Joy is originally from Jefferson, GA. She graduated from UNG with a master's in public administration in May of 2026. During her time at UNG, she saw God's faithfulness throughout college throughout various ministries. RUF began at UNG her senior year, and she felt so blessed to have a place to discuss theology, increase her understanding of God's sovereignty and grace, and meet other students that are actively seeking to depend further on God's grace.
She is excited for how the Internship will enable her to spend time investing in students, pouring out in the same place she learned so much in over the past 4 years, and she can't wait to get to share with new students what have been her favorite parts of being at UNG. She is glad to get to be a part of starting the traditions of UNG RUF, watching as the group grows, and getting to have a front row seat as God teaches these students to rely on His grace, faithfulness, and love. In her free time she'll be playing chess and yapping with roommates, training for a half iron man, trying any craft she can get her hands on and cooking for people at every chance she can get!
