Meet Our Team
Steve Lammers
Ever since becoming a Christian at Clemson University, Steve has had a passion for ministry to college students. After attending Covenant Seminary in Saint Louis, he served as the Campus Minister with RUF at UF from 2003 to 2014. Then, after pastoring in two different churches, he returned in 2022 to do what he's always loved: "reaching students for Christ, and equipping students to serve." Steve has been married to Jenna since 1995, has two teenage daughters, and is a bandwagon college football fan alternating between Clemson, Florida, and Central Florida. He loves doing 10-minute gym workouts, playing chess, watching Marvel movies, and playing old-man-sports like pickleball.
Anna Boyd
Anna grew up in Dalton, Georgia, and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Exercise Science. During college, RUF was a steady presence in her life, helping her grow in her walk with the Lord and find a Christ-centered community of close friends. She is excited to serve as an RUF intern at the University of Florida, where she hopes to invest in students as RUF invested in her. Anna enjoys all things sports-related, going on walks, spending time with her dog, being with people, and drinking good coffee. She values relationships and can’t wait to be part of RUF at UF.
Ben Erb
Ben grew up in Houston, Texas, and attended the University of Arkansas where he graduated with degrees in psychology and philosophy. RUF found Ben at the beginning of his junior year of college, and has been a blessing to him ever since. The Lord has blessed and continues to bless Ben with loving community, opportunities for growth, and persistent joy through RUF. Ben is known to be clinically obsessed with Houston sports, has a true love-hate relationship with the Razorbacks, and finds true joy in forming and growing relationships. He is so excited to serve as an Intern at the University of Florida.
