Meet Our Team
David Billingslea
David was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He graduated with a degree in journalism from the University of Colorado in 2008. After stints in sports broadcasting and parachurch campus ministry, David attended Redeemer Seminary in Dallas and graduated with a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in 2016. David went on to plant the RUF-International ministry at UT Dallas in 2018. The five years he and his family spent at UTD were wonderful years interacting with many students from around the world.
David and Meredith have been married for over ten years and have two daughters (Evelyn and Norah). The Billingsleas are excited about starting RUF-International at UC San Diego and exploring Southern California!
David enjoys basketball, sports in general, reading, eating international cuisine, and spending time with his family.
