Meet Our Team
Paul Schuler
Paul and Cindi are thrilled to be part of the RUF-I team. Paul has served congregations in Washington State, Hawaii, and California for over thirty years. Both native Californians, they love their new home in Berkeley and the opportunity to partner with others to welcome the nations in the name of Jesus. Paul and Cindi have eight children and fifteen grandchildren.
Alyson McClain
Alyson graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2012 with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught second grade for eight years in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She loved building a community of little learners and channeling her inner child. Alyson also has a passion for other nations and cultures. In 2022, that passion moved her to serve as Campus Staff in New York City, which hosts the largest number of international students in the U.S. She moved to the West Coast in 2026.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time outdoors!
