Meet Our Team
Paul Schuler
Paul and Cindi are thrilled to be part of the RUF-I team. Paul has served congregations in Washington State, Hawaii, and California for over thirty years. Both native Californians, they love their new home in Berkeley and the opportunity to partner with others to welcome the nations in the name of Jesus. Paul and Cindi have eight children and fifteen grandchildren.
Alyson McClain
Alyson graduated from Florida Atlantic University in 2012 with a degree in Elementary Education. She taught for 10 years in Fort Lauderdale. In college, Alyson developed a passion for other nations and cultures. In 2023, that passion moved her to serve as Campus Staff in New York City for 3 years. In the summer of 2026, she moved back to the sunshine—this time to the opposite coast: California! She has fallen in love with the beautiful weather in the Bay Area and is so excited to explore all the glorious places California has to offer ◡̈
