Jacob Virtue
Jacob Virtue grew up in St. Louis, MO, and felt called to ministry from a young age. He graduated from Missouri Baptist University (BA) and later from Covenant Theological Seminary (MDiv). He previously served as the Student Minister at First Baptist Church of Crestwood, MO and Sr. High Pastor at Mitchell Road Presbyterian Church, SC. College was a turning point in Jacob’s faith. Once daunted by epistemological doubts in college, Jacob now uses that experience to walk with students through their own seasons of doubt, growth, and faith.
He’s also spoken at retreats for middle school, high school, and college students. Jacob enjoys playing soccer, reading good books, playing garage washers, and having honest conversations about Jesus. He and Kaitlyn have two wonderful kids, Flora and James Shepherd, and a lovable dog named Graham.
Abigail Moore
Abigail grew up in Suwanee, Georgia, as the oldest of four. She graduated from the University of North Georgia with a bachelor's in art education. She loves to paint, dance, read, hike, play bass, climb, and get to know others (especially while making art with them). Abigail is beyond excited to get to work with the students at MTSU, and can't wait to see how God will move both on campus and in this next chapter of her life.
