Welcome to RUF at Colorado State! We are a Christian ministry where you can find a genuine connection with God and with people who care about you. At RUF, you will be encouraged by the hope that Jesus saves sinners, challenged to be transformed by God’s grace, and equipped to live out your faith in the church and the world.
Wherever you find yourself—“convinced” or “unconvinced,” burned or bored, cynical or spiritual, passionate or stagnant—we hope you can come to RUF for welcome from God and from others--and to join in offering welcome to others.
“Therefore welcome one another as Christ has welcomed you, for the glory of God.”

Jordan Perkins
Jordan grew up in several places across the country including Missouri, Georgia, New Mexico, and Colorado, which he is grateful to call home. His wife, Sarah, is a Fort Collins native and lived there until she and Jordan married. Jordan graduated from Colorado State University with a B.S. in Construction Management and spent a few years working in the construction industry.
While at CSU, the Lord used the local PCA church and RUF to deepen his faith, introduce him to his wife, Sarah, and call him to ministry. After they were married, they moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he earned his M.Div. from Reformed Theological Seminary. He then served as an associate pastor at a PCA church in Billings, Montana, before returning to CSU to serve with RUF.
Jordan loves helping students grow into who they're meant to be and teaching them about the Triune God. To him, it is a joy to walk alongside students as they navigate life, faith, and college years. Outside of ministry, he enjoys disc golf, basketball, camping, hiking, and reading old books. He and Sarah also enjoy spending time with their Great Dane, Truly, trying new restaurants, and finding great coffee.
