Colin Peters

Colin grew up in Texas before heading off to Vanderbilt University where he met both his future wife, Mary, and his favorite ministry, RUF. He worked as an engineer before following a call to ministry which included an RUF Internship at Texas A&M and a MDiv from Covenant Theological Seminary. He served as the Campus Minister at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, for 7 years before moving home to Dallas, Texas, to serve in the local church as both an Associate Pastor and Senior Pastor. In 2022, Colin happily accepted a call to return to RUF as the Southwest Area Coordinator.

Colin and Mary have been married for 25 years, most of which they have shared with their 3 great kids, all of whom are now in college. Carson is a student at the University of Virginia, Ansley at Samford University, and William the University of Georgia.
