“Given that ministry was all virtual last fall and hybrid in the spring, I did not know some of the students I asked to step into leadership roles as well as I normally would have. There was a 2nd year student who joined RUF in the spring. I’d only met with her once for a 1-1, but I felt she was the right person to co-lead our Freshmen Women’s Small Group this fall. I’m so grateful for the way she’s been willing to grow and serve. She’s been an important voice on our Ministry Team and that small group has become one of our biggest encouragements this fall!”
