Supporting financially challenged campus ministries in high-cost areas like the Northeast and the West Coast.
Growing the female Campus Staff program to help attract and retain gifted women who want to serve in ministry long-term.
Increasing outreach to cross-cultural populations, and expanding opportunities for diverse ministers.
Bolstering the infrastructure of the national offices so it can best support existing campus ministries and facilitate new growth and opportunities.
Deepening RUF staff training and pastoral care with Area Coordinators and enhancing the recruitment of gifted campus ministers.
Enriching RUF Conferences and expanding these opportunities for worship, biblical teaching, and fellowship.
Fostering the RUF Intern Program, a unique two-year experience that offers recent college graduates practical ministry experience.
Extending the outreach of the RUF International student ministry on US campuses, and starting new RUF Global ministries to reach students on international university campuses.
