The Indiana Project is a new church planting effort in Indiana, PA. We are excited to see a community compelled by the gospel of Jesus to love the people of Indiana.
We do not currently meet for weekly worship, but will be hosting various gatherings throughout the summer and fall of 2018. If you are in the Indiana area, David would love to meet you, hear your story, and talk about a vision for a new church.
David is a pastor with a desire to see people experience the love of Jesus Christ and in turn love their community well. He was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, and has been moving east ever since! An ordained minister since 2003, David previously pastored a church in the Pittsburgh area before transitioning to church planting. He and his family moved to Indiana in December, 2017 and began a six-month church planting residency with a nearby PCA church in preparation for the Indiana Project.
David and his wife Kerri met and were married in Nashville, Tennessee in 2002. Over their past 16 year adventure together they have accumulated a lot of stories, three children, and two dogs. In his spare time, David attempts - sometimes with success - various home construction projects.
David is a graduate of Wheaton College (B.A.) and Covenant Theological Seminary (M.Div), while Kerri is a graduate of North Carolina State University (B.S) - Go Wolfpack! Their three children are Lauren, Ashlyn, and Carter.
