RUF strives to be a rest stop for weary Christians, a safe place for skeptics, and an inviting space for all. The evening consists of fellowship, singing, and a message from Scripture. RUF meets Wednesday nights from 7-8 pm at Brooks Commons in Cannon Chapel. If you have any questions, please e-mail us.

Laura is from the land of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Forest, VA but also has Texas roots. She graduated from The University of Virginia in 2014 with a double major in Middle Eastern Studies and Religious Studies. As a PCA pastor's kid, she grew up in the RUF world but never thought she'd ever actually be an intern! After two great years of the internship at Emory (2014-2016), Laura will be joining Staff at Emory for the next three years while pursuing a MABS from RTS Atlanta. Laura loves cooking Moroccan food, reading a good book, and trees.
Meg is originally from St. Louis, MO. She attended the University of Tulsa in Tulsa, OK and graduated in 2017 with degrees in Biology and French. Though initially headed to medical school from there, Meg felt called away from medicine and toward ministry, which landed her working with RUF alongside her husband, Nick. Nick and Meg met through RUF at the University of Tulsa and were married in October 2017. Meg is excited to serve the women of Emory University and the community of RUF for the next few years. In her free time, she enjoys writing, chai tea, and a good thunderstorm.
Nick was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. In 2013, he began attending college at The University of Tulsa, where he graduated with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in May 2017. Throughout his time at TU, Nick was very involved with RUF, and he also met Meg, his wife, through RUF. Meg and Nick were married in October 2017. In college, Nick also found his passions for both ministry and Spikeball, developing a firm belief that the two are inseparable.
